ALIA MILOUCHEVA IS MRS. BULGARIA 2007 ALIA MILOUCHEVA IS MRS. BULGARIA 2007 The beauty, that blinded the jury and the guests not only with her perfect vision, but also with unique style and attitude, is the creative director of Astella Atelier. She is 27 years old and is happily married with little daughter two-year old Vanessa. The little girl supported loudly her mother throughout the whole contest. Alexandra Miloucheva was also chosen as the face of two of the media partners the Grazia magazine and the Standart daily newspaper. She will represent Bulgaria in the most prominent international pageant for married women Mrs. World 2008. The first runner-up is Janet Ivanova. She is 27 years old, finance specialist and will represent Bulgaria at the Mrs. Globe 2008 contest. Janet is a newly wed - she has been married for only 9 months. Despite her short marriage, she is convinced that she has met her soul mate. The second runner-up is Ekaterina Toneva, 30 years old, from Varna. Ekaterina is in the fashion business for 10 years and is interested in charity nowadays. What she likes about the Mrs. Bulgaria pageant, is that its a contest for women pursuing their goals, not for models. She has been married for a year and has a 3 years old daughter Denitsa. Ekaterina will represent Bulgaria in the world contest Mrs. Beauty World 2008. Mrs. Bulgaria pageant took place in the Tsarsko Selo SPA Hotel. The participants modeled in 3 rounds - with the sporty-elegant Rossignol clothes, the beautiful swim-suits of Delfina fashion house and for the culmination - with the formal dresses of the world famous designer Manuel Motta, the designer of the European aristocracy, whose glamorous dresses from the Spring/Summer 2008 collection were presented for the first time in a foreign country. The shoes for the contest were specially designed by the Bulgarian company Daris. The organizers of the contest Yanenka Liutzkanova (Mrs. Bulgaria 2003, 3rd runner-up Mrs. World 2003), Teodora Kolcheva and Rumiana Marinova (Mrs. Bulgaria 2004 and Mrs. Globe 2004) glittered in My Lady corsets, decorated with Swarowski crystals. The only pageant in Bulgaria that is devoted to an important charity or public campaign every year, is supporting the fight against breast cancer campaign this year. The organizers promised that they will continue to work for this cause throughout the entire coming year. Partner in this campaign is the leader in fighting breast cancer in Bulgaria Avon. The company has been working in this direction for more than 15 years. All the 15th participants modeled in one of the rounds with the company's pink t-shirts. Between the rounds, Evgenia Trofimchuk – Miss Russia TV charmed the guests with some of her own dances performed by the girls from her Bulgarian dance school. |
