How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to check the delivery status of your package.
What are your delivery options?
SAME DAY DELIVERY
We offer same day delivery service in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Orders placed by 10 am local time will be delivered on the
same day (Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays).
Orders placed after 10 am local time will be delivered the
following business day.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY for EU via UPS Air Services.
How do I return an item?
BOOK A FREE RETURNS PICK-UP
Astella offers a free collection service to all customers.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return the
item to the boutique. We strongly recommend that you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back to the boutique in time. Please note that we can only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered.
Do you provide International delivery?
ASTELLA ships to all countries part of the EU.
Can I cancel my order?
ASTELLA is happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by the boutique. Please have in mind that same day delivery orders are prioritized, which means that you will have a 1-2 hour window for cancellations. After that, you will not be able to cancel your order, but you may return it. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to .
What is your return policy?
Your refund will either be issued to the original bank account used to place the order, or as ASTELLA store credit. Shipping costs are not refunded for items using our free collection service, unless your items are faulty, or your order is cancelled under the ICASRs.
All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
